Little Flower Religious and Charitable Society
Little Flower Religious and Charitable Society, Muktsar, established on the 20th of September 1977, is a socially oriented pious initiative of the KHRIST JYOTI PROVINCE, registered under the Societies Regulation Act of the government in compliance with civil norms to carry out the works of charity among the least, last and the lost of the society. The said society has an elected body and is registered with the Registrar of Firms and Societies with the number 202 of 1977-1978. Besides, the Society has an FCRA Certificate, 12AA Certificate of Income Tax Exemption, 80G certificate of Income Tax, and PAN Card. The society is operational with a President, a secretary, and seven executive body members who get elected every three years through the democratic process. True to its mission of being a transparent organization, the Little Flower Religious and Charitable Society diligently and dutifully completes all legal formalities in due time including the annual auditing of its accounts, a copy of which is sent to the Home Ministry at the end of every financial year. The society is engaged in charitable, educational and social upliftment services in the State of Punjab. At present, the society has a number of English Medium Convent Schools, Punjabi medium schools, Balawadis (Crèche), Foster Care Homes, vocational training centres, primary health care centres, and women empowerment schemes in different parts of the state. Besides, Immaculate Mission Hospital, Jyoti Hospice and Palliative Care Centre are considered our major interventions in Health Care and Social Cause and Media Centre. The organization has a vast experience of Forty-Five years of dedication and commitment and has borne fruits in multiple ways that the Fathers of the Khrist Jyoti Province are engaged in ardent pastoral, social, missionary, and educational apostolate in the vast area of Northern India including Punjab and Rajasthan.

Jyoti is the philanthropic social mission of the Little Flower Religious and Charitable Society, Muktsar and Little Flower Charitable Society, Bikaner, established in September 1977, is a registered non-governmental organization under the Societies Regulation Act of the Government of Punjab and Rajasthan, under the management of the Khrist Jyoti Province of the Little Flower Congregation in compliance with Civil norms to carry out the works of charity among the least, last and lost of the society. The society is engaged in charitable, educational and social upliftment activities in the States of Punjab and Rajasthan.

Jyoti Hospice and Palliative Centre
Health Services currently being offered by this Organization:

At present, the Immaculate Mission Hospital (50 beds) and Jyoti Hospice and Palliative Care Centre offers holistic care by means of their much appreciative Orthopaedic Services (OP/IP Services), Health Check-ups (General Health Check-ups for Child, Women and Senior Citizens), Palliative & Geriatric Care with added facilities of Food for the patient as per diet requirement, Steam Therapy, Body Massage Therapy, Counselling, Yoga and Patients’ Club. Under the aegis of this department, we do provide Day Care and Home Care Services. Patients avail of Physiotherapy facilities under well-trained and qualified Physiotherapists and get relief from Back Pain, Joint Pain, Paralysis, Frozen Shoulder, Sports Injury, Neck Pain, Parkinson’s disease, and Pediatric and Post Operative problems.
The Community Programme featuring Community Palliative Health Camp and School Health Camp is considered a boon in the area. On excessive demand from the community, the institution is forced to initiate 24 x 7 Doctor Services along with a Monthly Hospice Care Package including Physiotherapy Package Programme (Day Care), Physiotherapy Hospice Package Programme with Deluxe Air-Conditioned Room and recreational facilities. Patients also get benefits out of our Palliative Hospice Care Programme. Presently those who are benefited from our interventions could be included as Stroke Patients, Bedridden Patients, Geriatric Patients, Third and Fourth State Cancer Patients, Patients pertaining to Neurology, Orthopedics, Knee and Leg Injuries, Low Back Pain, Neck Injuries, Pelvis and Hip Joint, Systemic Conditions and Pediatrics.

As a Social Initiative, the Centre does provide and offers free home care service under our Palliative Home Care Programme to poor and needy patients. Community-based motivational and awareness generation health, hygiene and Sanitation camps are part of our regular practice. Our emphasis for these health awareness camps includes HIV/AIDS and Vector-Borne Diseases Viz. Dengue, Malaria, Chikungunya, Japanese Encephalitis, Lymphatic Filariasis and Kala Azar.
